CG Sportsbooks

One of Nevada’s largest sportsbooks operators since 2009, our Las Vegas-area sportsbooks have been acquired by William Hill Race & Sports Books, effective September 1, 2020.

We appreciate your business over the years. Customers with funds in their accounts have been contacted about the transition process. If you still have questions, please visit our FAQ page or contact us via our online form.

common questions

Q. I have a mobile sportsbetting account. What happened to my account?

A. William Hill will evaluate all CG accounts and determine in its discretion whether to establish a William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account for each CG Sports account. If William Hill does not establish a new account, then William Hill will promptly mail you a check for your entire account balance. More information is available here.

Q. Did the sale affect my Race account as well?

A. Yes, the sale covers horse racing, but since race accounts are not transferable to William Hill all accounts will be closed and funds returned to account holders. Race reward points accrued with CG will be transferred to William Hill and be redeemable pursuant to its redemption policies.

Q. I have a winning over-the-counter ticket. How do I get paid?

A. If it was made at one of these books (Venetian, Cosmopolitan, Silverton, Tropicana, or Palms), you may either go in person to the sportsbook if it is open or request to be paid by mail by William Hill.

If it was made at M Resort or Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, then you may request to be paid by mail by CG.

Q. How do I obtain a win/loss statement or other documentation?

A. You may request a win/loss statement or other account documents through our Contact Form.

Q. I had money in my account. What happens to the balance?

A. Your funds are safe and all bets will be honored. If William Hill does not establish a new account for you, then it will promptly mail you a check for your entire account balance. More information is available here.

Q. I have an open bet or futures bet. What happens now?

A. Once the sporting outcome is determined, all bets will be administered by William Hill. (However, if the bet was placed at the now-closed CG Sportsbooks at M Resort or Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, then CG will pay it by mail upon request. Simply follow the instructions on the back of your winning ticket).
