What CG Books does the William Hill acquisition apply to?

William Hill is acquiring the CG Sportsbooks located at the The Venetian Resort (including its Palazzo Tower and former Lagasse’s Stadium sportsbar), The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Silverton Casino, Tropicana and Palms Casino Resort. William Hill is not acquiring CG’s former sportsbooks at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino or M Resort.

What about my open and futures wagers at the Hard Rock and M Resort?

All such wagers are CG’s responsibility.  If you made an account wager at either the Hard Rock or the M Resort, your winnings from such wagers will be mailed to you at the conclusion of the event.  If you have a winning over-the-counter wager, you must mail your ticket before its expiration date, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope, to:

CG Technology Pay Department

2575 S. Highland Drive

Las Vegas, NV 89109

How do I obtain information for tax purposes?

CG will maintain this website until the 2021 federal tax return deadline, providing a method for you to request win/loss statements.  A designated CG employee will handle these requests. You may submit a request here.

What happens to my active account-based bets, including futures bets?

CG will honor all active and futures wagers in the ordinary course until the transaction closes, and, upon a final decision of the event after the transaction closes, William Hill will honor all active and futures wagers by either (i) crediting your William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports wagering account if an appropriate account is established with William Hill or (ii) promptly mailing you a check in the amount of your winnings on any such wagers if an appropriate William Hill wagering account is not established.

What happens to my Sports account balance?

William Hill will evaluate all CG accounts and determine in its discretion whether to establish a William Hill account for each CG account. William Hill will notify each CG account holder of its decision. If William Hill establishes a new William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account for you, your entire account balance will be transferred to the new William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports wagering account. If you previously established a William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports wagering account, your CG account will be closed and you will be promptly mailed a check for your entire balance. If William Hill does not establish a new account for you, William Hill will promptly mail you a check for your entire account balance.

What if I want to close or make a withdrawal from my account?

You may close or make a withdrawal from your account at any time prior to the close of the transaction by visiting the applicable Book where your account was established or by contacting us. You may also close or make a withdrawal from your account at any time following the close of the transaction  by visiting the applicable Book where your account was established or by making a request in writing to William Hill.

Does this affect my CG Technology Race account?

Yes, because pari-mutuel race accounts are not transferrable to William Hill, if you have a pari-mutuel race account with an outstanding balance on the transaction close date, the entire balance will be refunded to you as soon as possible following the close date.

Does this affect my CG Technology Casino (a.k.a. ‘CG Casino’) account?

Yes, any casino account will be closed. If you still have a balance at the time of the transition a check in the amount of your balance will be mailed to you.

Should I update my contact information with CG?
